The hospitality, service and quality, always on point. I am frequenting this Branch, at least twice a week, and the overall performance are improving all the time. The Management are hands-on, and I make a point to interact with them and vice versa. I am a coffee connoisseur and Americano is the first, and at times the only item on order. Needless to say, the Americano had a lovely, unique taste today, yet special mention goes to Zukie, the Barista, that prepared my Americano with my usual extra hot milk. The milk froth, the best I ever had, national and international, as it runs from the top of the stainless, milk jug right down to the bottom. I never had experience this outstanding preparation of a frother ever before. Kudos to the Barista, yet not forgetting the impetus from Management.

Manager Rowan listens well and tries his best to accommodate the customer in situations that need attention.

We sat down to eat and 40minutues before closing time, they started packing the chairs up around us. We weren't the only people who were seated and eating. I found that very rude because it felt like they were trying to get us to hurry up and leave so they can pack up. We ordered x2 Normal Mexi Burgers. The wait was a bit long but the burgers were delicious. Nice and saucy too. Will order to go next time though.

What lovely and friendly service. The managers are are point, positively involved and Always extremely helpful. Enestine and Reagan always go out of their way to ensure that our food is fresh, well presented and served with a smile, correctly. The best manager in the world. I had a problem with a voucher which she sorted out for me in no time. She went beyond the call of duty and was so friendly and helpful in the process. She really is such an assets! Thank you, Enestine.
