The service for me is the best part of this Kauai, aside from the coffee! Staff who genuinely care, are warm, professional and do their best to deliver and learn the particulars of your preferences which is above and beyond. Theo makes the most exceptional cappuccino every time! Wow. Tatiana, Anita, Bonga, Nwabisa and Mike are always smiling, ready to help with the app and tell me what vouchers might be waiting for me or make sure that my coffee gets made the way I like it. Thando also knows our order by heart and Indie is so helpful. Ta Luvos and Davis and Siya are all professional and care - there’s a reason I know the staffs names and it’s because this is where service and our food faves equal each-other. It’s by far our favorite Kauai and we are regulars so we know the difference. The hot honey chicken wrap also for the win here! Appreciate you guys!

This team consistently delivers excellent and personalised service from the counter to the kitchen... they also make an effort to remember customer preferences and the service thus becomes personalised especially with the regulars... keep the energy and the vibe. It's great. Second point... this is general to Kauai. Everytime I find something I like you have a menu change and remove the things I like specifically 😌 Can you please bring back the Choc Protein Smoothie bowl? And also, allow for substitutes for banana without charging people (e.g. who want to use dates instead). P.s. You also hijacked Arsene from the store and took him to head office. 😉🌟 He still wins the prize for the best smoothie blender I've known (and his service was of course as amazing as the rest of the team there).
