It’s very seldom that one receives such fantastic service, especially in this day and age when South Africa's service delivery is shockingly subpar. The customer service representative at Kauai in Florida was outstanding! Normally, you have to grovel and beg to be served, but Nosihle was phenomenal—truly one in a million. She was on the ball from the moment I stepped foot in the store to collect my telephonic order. She was very charismatic and quite the chatterbox, which is highly valued in the customer service industry. She is an absolute asset, and I can not wait to see her cheerful face again! I also spoke to the manager of the store to commend her, as she is the captain of that ship. At the rate they are going, I have no doubt they will all work hand-in-hand to keep that ship afloat for decades to come. This was, hands down, the best experience I've had at any Kauai store I have visited—not just locally, but nationally. Thank you, Kauai, for hiring such stars; I hope they receive the recognition they deserve.
