I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had at your establishment on the afternoon of February 12, 2024. I ordered the avo falafel salad during my visit, and I must express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the dish. Upon inspection, I noticed an excess of water in both the salad and the separately provided sriracha dressing. Regrettably, the aftermath of this meal resulted in a severe gastrointestinal upset, characterized by multiple episodes of diarrhea and pronounced fatigue. As a regular patron of your establishment, I have never encountered such issues with your meals before. Therefore, I urge your management to thoroughly investigate the hygiene practices in the kitchen and address any shortcomings that may have led to this unfortunate incident. I believe that swift corrective measures will ensure that such occurrences do not happen in the future. I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that you will take the necessary steps to uphold the high standards I have come to expect from Kauai

It's located inside Virgin Active Gym and it ticks all the boxes for me. The staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is great, very therapeutic to sit there and take your time to eat. Their food is served hot and it concentrate on the the healthy side of it.

Please work your busy times based on transaction volume and employ more resources during that time - total confusion with your new cashier and a long line of people waiting to order!

I'm in love with the menu. The smoothies are incredible and the poke bowls are sensational. They are so flavourful and yummy 😋 the chicken teriyaki poke bowl is my favorite!

I absolutely love Kauai, it is apart of my weekly meals. The La Lucia VA team is absolutely amazing and so fun and great with all customers. Besides that I really enjoyed eating your meals with pesto,especially the pesto mushroom toast. With the recent menu update there is no pesto options available. This is quite upsetting as I have those at least once a week. Please please please bring back the pesto mushroom toast and the other pesto options as well. Thank you.
