*Kauai Lanseria Review* I recently visited Kauai in Lanseria and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by four waiters, one of whom, Toby, stood out for his exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. He welcomed me warmly and ensured that my needs were met throughout my visit. However, the same couldn't be said for the other three waiters, who seemed less enthusiastic about providing service. One of them, in particular, made a poor impression by asking for a tip in front of a customer, which I found to be extremely inappropriate and unacceptable. To make matters worse, another customer who arrived after me had a terrible experience, and Toby was once again the one who stepped in to help. It's clear that there's a disparity in the level of service provided by the staff, and Kauai would benefit from emphasizing the importance of excellent customer service to all employees. Overall, while Toby's exceptional service was a highlight, the inconsistent service from the other waiters brought down my overall experience. With some improvements in staff training and customer service, Kauai has the potential to provide a consistently excellent experience for its customers.

Enjoyed a Normal burger that was quickly prepared to no compromise on quality. Food was delicious. The service was nothing less than excellent. Friendly staff ensured that I was well taken care of throughout my visit. Asked if the food was good and if i needed anything else. One of the staff even gave me another serviette as soon as I used the one on the table. It really is the attention to detail of service that makes your meal all the better!
