I love ordering from Kauai Oliver Road. I always order on the app being constantly on the go. For the last 6 orders, the order was never made when I enter the store to collect it. I always “over estimate” my arrival to be sure it will be available. Sometimes waiting 30minutes for an order that was scheduled 45min ago? The last sandwiches we ordered, the topping was everywhere but on the sandwich. In doubt I’ll be ordering again. No point of a scheduled pick up if it is never on time.

Very clean plc to chill& serves fresh & tasty food😍

They take my order at 9:00 but I only received my order at 9:17. All the customers that was after me left before me. Not even an update on my order nothing. They were very nonchalant over this.

Top quality ingredients. Normal Burger is amazing! Friendly staff. Even with Steers (my old favourite burger spot) right next door, I'd still choose Kauai hands down.
