Evening, I trust you are well. Please advise. I went to the store to purchase 2 wraps which were the chicken quesadilla and the Avo falafel and to redeem a free smoothie on my app and my sister redeemed hers on her app. I just realised now when checking my account that I was charged R279.99 for the whole purchase meaning that I also paid for the free smoothies. I unfortunately do not have the slips as I threw them away. Unfortunately this does not say it’s from Kauai but if you check slips from the shop it should provide more support to my email.

Mbali Mngomezulu at Kauai Carlswald is great! She always has a smile and my wraps are always made as I like them, with my dietary needs catered for. I am gluten intolerant and don’t eat tomato. After ordering with Mbali a couple of times, she’s always gotten my order even before I can say it. This Kauai is my favourite; thanks to Mbali and her customer care and her yummy wraps.

I ordered a spicy burrito and it was delicious! Everything I wanted. It is inside the Virginia active, so if you are not a member, then you have to wait at the counter and ring a bell for a kauai staff to come take your order. Even though the food was worth the price, I felt it was very misleading because I checked the price online, and the price I had to pay differed by R35. I definitely will be ordering a spicy burrito 🌯 again!

Best smoothies the staff is alway all so friendly and the service is fast depending on the time you go there
