Happy about everything but my experience was ruined by Cynthia a Virgin Active staff at reception who just didn't notify kauai staff that I wanted to make an order since Im not a member of VA. Even after coming back from calling kauai directly her demeanor was that of a person who wasn't interested in what I was there for. When I asked her if she had notified kauai staff she just said "Ya" and slammed the button infront of her and turned away from me as if I was irritating her.

Would you please consider changing the opening hours. Rather opening at 5:00 in the morning instead of 6:00 and then maybe closing earlier. Kauai always seems like a treat, but we need to be at work early.

The staff at kauai Nelspruit are excellent. The staff are always friendly and you can see that they enjoy their job. Well done Kauai.

The service at Kauai is very slow, the staff does not even assure you that your order is coming soon. You wait for more than 15 minutes with no communication and it’s frustrating to see so many staff members on shift but the service is still very slow.
