From the reviews this place has apparently bad service but we had decent service and the staff were friendly. The food and wrap 🌯 were very good and very tasty. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Very pleased to find some vegan items on the menu - and service was good and the food seems healthy as well as tasty! My daughter and I recommend Kauai.

The ladies made the best wrap you can find. I am not a wrap man, but my wife said give it a go. And yes, I will go back again and the grinedilla smoothy that wax just as good. If you are a burger man, try this food!

Service always friendly and food and drinks quality great! However, I have noticed now on a few occasions that I visited the store that some staff members (including those serving the food instore) do not wear their masks properly (example do not cover their noses and mouth as per regulation). This is concerning and puts me as a customer at risk which is not acceptable. As mentioned it’s not the first time I noticed this. I must add it’s not all staff but the same particular staff members. You should address this with immediate effect. During my service today there were at least 2 staff members wearing their masks only covering their mouths.
