Very disappointed at the service I got from you team in Humewood Virgin active, I came in at around 14H25 on the 05/07/25 to explain to the ladies that I had forget my smoothie on the 04/07/25 and it wasn’t there so I was not fighting or anything I simply said they were not the ones that helped me the previous day. So one of the ladies agreed that there was a smoothie left in the fridge that she found in the morning. Then one of the ladies said it’s not their fault that I forgot my smoothie. This caught me by surprise as I was not even blaming anyone I acknowledged that I forgot my smoothie but for her to tell me that it’s not their fault when I was not even blaming them. I approached them kindly and I got a bad attitude from her.

The service is slow. I always order online but when I get there for pickup they tell me they dont see online orders so I have to wait for them to start making the order which defeats the purpose of convenience. Same experience again on the 3rd of June 2024
