I wish I could eat at Kauai everyday. The wraps and smoothies are soooo good, especially the Gem smoothie! Service is decent but nothing spectacular. It's always clean and the food comes out quickly. Honestly all the smoothies are good and I like that you can see them making them. I've been going to this Kauai branch since highschool and will keep coming because it's so good. I just wish they would go back to regular straws because those paper straws are useless and make my smoothie end up tasting like gross cardboard toward the end but that's not the smoothie's fault or the employees' fault.

Been going here for a couple of years and always happy with service and food. Just on the last two occasions thete seems to be a lack lustre attitude amo gst staff, they dont really care. I am not complaining just letting you know what i observe. Thank you.

Croutons were stale and so hard they were inedible
