Your food is great, unlike your app. Not user friendly at all. Still advertising "new Winter menu". Wanted to check the macros of meals and smoothies. Can't access the menu at all. Disappointing to say the least.

I have always received amazing service from the staff. Food and smoothies are definitely not cheap.. but it's always very tasteful and the healthier option. Every day at Kauai they start from scratch, finding fresh ways to bring people food that's simple, seasonal and sourced for sustainability.

just fine, you have to go in through virgin active. kinda inconvenient for non members of virgin active because you have to sit by the entrance. waiting time is about 10-15 minutes for 2 drinks. excellent customer service though. you can get smoothies here.

They REALLY take very long , 2nd time this week ordered a smoothie and it took more than 20minutes of waiting in gym for them .

We frequent the restaurant daily and today was disappointing. (1) the power oats portion was way too little on what it normally is. (2) no chillies in my protein breakfast wrap. There is now another guy complaining about his smoothie as some ingredient must be short????
