Ordered from the app for the first time, and my order was ready and waiting by the time I got there. Brilliant service, keep it up. Food was fresh & smoothie was just right.

Orderd 2 make your own bowls.Cashier asked us to write our selection on a paper. When we received our food there was no warm grain present. When i queried it she went to fetch thenpaper we wrote in frol the dust bin or some container andsaid we should have written it on the paper.. I responded that it was already written on the menu that it comes when you select the bowl. She did add the warm grain and did apologise. I think they need training on customer service and not just assume that what is written is the way it is
