I am a regular visitor to this Kauai branch which is now open to the public. There must been staff training. I used to visit the Kauai after gym. Now that it's open to all we are frequent visitors.

The manager at Lonehill is fantastic. He knows our regular orders, and is quick to get our orders ready, with a smile. So refreshing to have such good customer service. Please pass on my thanks to him for making us feel special! We appreciate it after our gym classes😁🙏🏻

The manager went out of his way to deliver one of the items that were missing from my order. It was delivered in a timely manner. The smoothie was pretty good too.

A great spot to grab a quick smoothie

The smoothies are quick and they taste like all the other kauai's so you'll get what you expect. Staff are friendly and competent as well, so I'm not sure why their rating is so low. Perhaps from an earlier time but clearly the issues have been rectified as I've had over 10 smoothies from them without any complaint.

BUT no avo in my super food salads

This store speed point has not been working since late year. Every time I purchase I asked to pay cash. There have been times where I asked that we try the speed point and worked. However, it’s become inconvenient to be asked to pay cash. Especially with the pandemic, I prefer not to carry around cash. I prefer to load my card on the app, for caution and safety reasons. Could the matter be looked into and resolved.
