The girls and management have an amazing attitude, they are friendly, professional and all have amazing smiles. Keep up the good work. Last but not least, they have an extensive product knowledge.

People leave reviews for two reasons, they are either very unhappy or happy. Today it is because the store and staff were great. From the person serving us at the till to the quality of the preparation, it was all excellent. I go to many of your stores,but this has been hands down the best. Well done.

“Standards have been falling recently. You have to say your order or request several times. Waiting times are long... “ That was my previous experience about 6 months ago. Since then, there has been a massive improvement: food items and meals are prepared more in line with the menu and are tasty, service levels are more prompt , responsive and friendly and there is a more relaxed vibe in the seating area. I regularly frequent this place and highly recommend you give it a try.

Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures to share... but I sure do have a story to tell! While housesitting in the area, Kauai The Wedge became part of my daily routine. The staff was always kind and friendly (which I've become less accustomed to these days), and the store was always clean and vibey. More than that, I didn't really pay attention to much else. However, on what I'd like to guess was my 4th repeat visit to the store, the lady greeted me with the biggest smile and asked me if I'd have my usual, which honestly made me feel so special! My usual order has items removed, so it's not exactly standard! The young man making my smoothie would always come to hand it to me personally with the warmest energy and the sweetest smile that would just make my day!! Today's visit was that entire experience but on illegal amounts of steroids!! I had my usual friendly greeting, followed by her punching in my order without even needing to ask. The highlight, however, was when she called out the order to the kitchen, the remaining 5 staff members screamed back, "the usual," and we all burst out laughing! On a low self-esteem day, this was exactly what my soul needed!! I am so grateful for the kindness and warmth they always show me, and even if this branch is not on my usual route, I will go out of my way just because of the service. And I suppose it's important to mention that my smoothie is always exceptionally made! It is fluffy and creamy, and the taste is perfection and consistent!

This is the best kuai in GP. I go there weekly more than 3 x a week and they never dissapoint. I now only go to this kauai. I only told them once how i prefer my smoothie and ever since then its been a win. Thank you so much guys

Ever since the branch at the Wedge opened up we are so thrilled with the quality and speed (when ordering via Uber eats). The branch closest to us is the Va Morningside but honestly you guys are so much better and we always choose to go the extra mile to go to the wedge branch specifically. Keep up the good work!
